About

Built for scale. Powered by infrastructure.

Omega is the proprietary embedded payment and data rail serving the employee benefits ecosystem. We provide the neutral connectivity layer that seamlessly routes fiduciary funds and normalizes reconciliation data between employers, enrollment platforms, and carriers nationwide.

Our Origin

Engineered for Connectivity

Omega was engineered to solve the structural reconciliation and payment fragmentation at the center of the benefits ecosystem. By deploying a single, carrier- contracted payment and data rail, Omega established the first neutral middleware layer capable of orchestrating complex fiduciary workflows directly between core HCMs, payroll systems, and insurance carriers.

Our Growth

Institutional Scale

Since 2018, Omega has rapidly scaled its proprietary infrastructure to manage over $120 million in annualized fiduciary throughput. By maintaining processor-agnostic API architecture, the platform automatically scales to support Premium Administration, COBRA, CDH, and ICHRA transaction volume across more than 500 corporate and public-sector organizations with near-zero incremental operational cost.

Our Platform

Embedded Middleware

Omega is not a service provider; it is the embedded operating system for benefits commerce. As a Layer-2 middleware solution, the Omega rail integrates directly into major HR and enrollment platforms, automating gross transaction volume (GTV) collection, carrier remittance, and line-item reconciliation without manual intervention.

Our Approach

Automated Reconciliation

Software automation drives our transaction economics. Omega’s infrastructure eliminates the administrative overhead of legacy TPA models by converting fragmented payment inputs into controlled, carrier-ready outputs. Our 99.96% automated reconciliation rate represents the institutional standard for fiduciary accuracy.
