Direct Billing

Leave-of-absence and retiree billing handled directly with the participant: coupon billing, premium collection, and carrier coordination so employers don't have to.

When employees temporarily leave for medical or other approved reasons, Omega takes over benefit program administration, dealing directly with carriers and participants. Employees on leave avoid catch-up deductions; employers avoid unpaid premium risk.
