Platform
Proprietary platform solutions, intelligent automation, and purpose-built software working together. From enrollment to reconciliation, delivered as a seamless, automated, and audit-ready operation.
How It Works
Omega sits between employers, their carriers, and their HR and payroll systems. Data moves across these platforms through structured API connections and automated workflows.
Capability 01 · Connect
Real-time and batch integration patterns built for the systems benefits administration depends on. Carrier feeds, payroll APIs, HRIS connectors, bank rails, and EDI, all on one platform.
Every connection is built once at the platform layer and made available to every customer. New employers come online faster because the integrations they need are already running. Existing employers benefit from continuous reliability monitoring and platform-managed maintenance.
Integration types include real-time eligibility APIs, batch enrollment files, premium remittance workflows, payroll deduction sync, and direct bank/card rail connections for funded accounts. This is the operating leverage of the platform: one integration built once, available to every customer who needs it.
Capability 02 · Automate
From the moment an employee enrolls to the moment a claim is reimbursed, the platform automates the steps that used to require people, paper, and PDFs.
Eligibility determination, enrollment confirmation, premium billing, claims adjudication, COBRA event notices, and nondiscrimination testing. Every step the platform can automate, it does. The result is fewer errors, lower operating cost, and faster service for participants.
Automation is governed by configurable plan rules so each client's exact specifications are enforced consistently across every transaction. The recurring nature of administration becomes the recurring nature of the platform: predictable, scalable, on demand.
Capability 03 · Administer
HSA, FSA, HRA, ICHRA, COBRA, Premium Administration, Direct Billing, and Compliance are all administered as modules of the same platform, sharing the same data, governed by the same rules. As employers add account types, the platform expands without adding labor. The same infrastructure runs every module.
